ผู้กำกับฝีมือเยี่ยม นายอาทิตย์ อัสสรัตน์ ปลีกเวลามากำกับรายการดรีมเชสเซอร์ ซิ่งล่าฝัน อีกครั้ง ให้เพื่อนรักสุกี้ กมลสุโกศล หลังงานเข้ามาล้นมือ จากผลงานภาพยนตร์ เรื่อง Wonderful Town เข้าตาคณะกรรมการ จนได้รับรางวัล New Currents Award จาก Pusan International Film Festival ที่เกาหลีใต้ เมื่อปลายปี 2007

และเดินหน้ากวาดรางวัลจากงาน เทศกาลภาพยนตร์นานาชาติ อย่างต่อเนื่องในปีนี้ ทั้งรางวัล Tiger Awards จาก International Film Festival Rotterdam ที่เนเธอร์แลนด์, รางวัล Jury Prize จาก Las Palmas de Gran Canaria International Film Festival ประเทศสเปน และ รางวัล Jury Prize จาก Deauville Film Festival

นอกจากผลงานทางด้านภาพยนตร์แล้ว ก็สามารถติดตามผลงาน ของเขาได้ ในรายการดรีมเชสเซอร์ ซิ่งล่าฝัน ปี 2 ด้วยเช่นกัน

Director’s Profile:
Aditya Assarat

Aditya Assarat holds a masters degree from the University of Southern California. He started making short films which were invited to many festivals, especially Clermont-Ferrand, Sundance, and the New York Film Festival. In 2004, he was invited to attend the Sundance Director’s Lab, a training ground for promising filmmakers from around the world. In 2005, he was chosen to work for one year with Mira Nair as part of the Rolex Mentor and Protege Arts Initiative. During the mentorship he also co-directed the documentary 3 Friends which screened at Toronto and Pusan. His debut feature Wonderful Town, supported by the Hubert Bals Fund, won the New Currents Award at Pusan 2007 and the Tiger Awards at Rotterdam 2008.
